AFPN is thrilled to announce that we have received a $10,000 grant from the Davis Projects for Peace organization in order to pursue our goal of continued Holocaust education in Nepal. Over the next few weeks we will be very busy planning for a summer filled with school visits, lobbying for a change in Nepali textbooks, and putting the finishing touches on plans for an Anne Frank Peace Library! For those curious, here is a link to the proposal outlining this summer's project, sent to Davis Projects for Peace.
Our deep gratitude to Davis Projects for Peace honoring us with this immense opportunity to spread education, peace and tolerance in Nepal. We would like to thank everyone who has helped us get this far. We could not have done it without your support!
